Kinder/Care Classes

yogamites classes are fun and engaging. The tools learnt in classes transfer to everyday life. Before long you will see the children "playing" yoga during the day.

Classes are currently run in most age groups, 1-2 year olds (15mins), 2-3 year olds (20mins) and 3-5 year olds (30mins). All classes are designed specific to each age group. Most classes sizes are between 8-15, depending on the age of the children and the space available. Contact us to discuss your needs.

School Programs

School programs can run for 6 weeks, full terms or the enitre year depending on needs. yogamites programs are designed to assist the school become self sufficient with ongoing yoga classes. Speak to us about your neeeds.

Class length differs depending on grade. Prep-3 runs 30 mins, 4-6 runs 45 mins.

Staff Training

Train your staff to practice children's yoga in their rooms and see the benefiits for the children and the staff. Utilising yoga tools through out the day helps to create harmony in the rooms. Practicing yoga techniques within the context of their lives children learn how to take control of their feelings, creating healthier, happier children.

Incursions

You can book an incursion to run with a particular theme that you may be working on in your curriculum or for a special occasion.

Here are a few choices:

  • Colour Me Yoga

  • I am ME
